Loch Ryan
Beach or slipway launch near where the the RAF seaplane lives. You can camp but make sure you're plenty back if the spring tides are around as it does get high and on occasion floods beyond just the beach.
Parking next to beach
Yes
There is a slipway or you can beach launch from the sand
Yes
It's tidal so best when the tide is coming up, as it drops far out. Also can be tough going when the breeze is coming in. Recommend going along the coast to Stranraer Harbour with a friend, then sending that friend to the Starfish shop for fish and chips whilst you enjoy the picnic area with the yaks. Then paddle back again. Could also do a relay, parking one near the launch and one at the harbour if you don't fancy the trip back.
