Description

Slipway and beach launch to the sea. On a flat calm day absolutely lovely. Cracking fish and chips near by too, the one next to the surf school is best but Cat Nab fish bar pretty decent too. Can check conditions prior to travel on Surfline website, they have a live cam. Loos and changing available at the surf school.

Slipway best at high tide, but can beach launch at other times.

Paddling Information

Don't paddle too close to Huntcliffe, the cliffs can be a tad unstable and occasionally land slip. Avoid the area to the immediate right of the pier as that's where the surf school practices. They get the area right next to the pier we gwt further along the beach to the right to launch. Just keeps everyone safe.
